Failed to pick up ,terrible experience

Booked taxi yesterday for 11pm for 4 people all ladies taxi never arrived so left stranded late at night, had to phone husband to come and get us ,will not recommend

First time using this taxi firm so can only base the review on this - but was very pleased with the service. Office manager Mandy who took my booking was very pleasant , polite and helpful, and our taxi turned up on time for both journeys to and home from our night out with a very nice lady driver. Competitive price charged too.
