Over the last 2 years that I have used this warehouse, their stock keeping has been at times wildly inaccurate. The never gave paperwork to confirm receipt of my goods. One whole pallet of my valuable stock was not added to their system for 6 months after delivery. They changed their system during that time, but the reporting from it was no better. They have had several changes in staff, adding to the frustration. Their communication on inventory has been poor often leaving emails unanswered or poorly answered. As a new business owner, who hoped to leave my storage and distribution in safe hands, I put a lot of trust in them. Each event on its own seemed excusable at the time but looking back they have had a devastating effect. It has now surfaced that a sizeable part of my stock is missing and I have learned a hard and expensive lesson. Regardless of my accountability in this scenario, I would not recommend this company to anyone. They do not have your best interests at heart.
