Absolutely brilliant. The lady on the phone was lovely, asked if I was okay because I sounded upset. Brilliant service. I got a link to track my taxi which is an amazing idea as I had just come out of hospital and it allowed me to sit down until my taxi turned up. The driver was really nice. As we were coming from the hospital the driver asked if everything was okay. Just a fabulous service. Would highly recommend.
