Unable to use a card, although have used it many times, Dale Stevenson MANAGER said I had not booked it with a card, although have paid by card many times, will use company reference to pursue, TOL 004966, REFUSED TO GIVE MANAGERS NAME, driver licence will be passed to DVLNI for verification, DO NOT USE

Phoned this firm to book taxis to royal to go to vaccine centre was informed management does not allow staff to do this run told them we were fully vaccinated now I'm sure they pick people up who may not be vaccinated would not recommend

Clean cabs, polite drivers, polite call staff and almost always on time as they are extremely busy. The only thing wrong with 365 taxis is their automated service needs a new hearing aid. I have used this company a lot over the years after being let down by other companies and I cannot recommend these guys highly enough.

The people in charge have barred peoples numbers on request of friends for petty, personal reasons. Very unprofessional. Most of the drivers are lovely though, its a shame.
