For a supposedly “ballyclare/Newtownabbey” based company there’s never any taxis in the area. Pre-booking doesn’t mean anything as they’re still never on time and I’m often left waiting between 30-60minutes minimum without anyone collecting me. Never been contacted to let me know that they’re running late, I have to ring myself to find out where my prebooked taxi is and am often left standing on my own at night as a young girl. No compensation or adequate apology is given and if this wasn’t the only taxi company with a depo in ballyclare I would happily book with ANY OTHER company.

We ordered the taxi for 1.05. The operator said it would be no problem, and they would be on time. After 5 minutes at the Bus Station, we ran and their excuse was that "Both (2) Drivers were in Belfast (10 miles away) and would be around 20 mins. After an hour, a relative had to drive from the wedding we MISSED to pick us up more than 10 miles away. The worst part is, we chatted with locals and they also exchanged their 'Horror stories with 365' with us. The worst part was, two taxis were booked to 2 am after the wedding was over, and never turned up. Shambollic service! NEVER AGAIN!
