I required an emergency plumber and had tried loads on line - all of them wanting a huge call out fee. What a shock to phone Carl to find, not only didnt he charge a call out fee, but his costs were really reasonable. He arrived the same day, sorted out my leaking shower. I couldnt fault his professionalism or workmanship. He even cleaned up after himself! Not everyone does that!
