Terrible gym & management.
I have a dyslexic colleague who was charged for months due to management not cancelling his membership because he couldn’t write it. He was too embarrassed to ask any of us and ended up with a debt collector coming before he asked for assistance.
I rang to explain and the response was that ‘it’s only a few words, what is so hard with that’. Awful attitude.

It looks like an abandoned place, loads of broken equipment, unsafe environment (I.e. sometimes no light to the parking lot, where there are some massive wholes on asphalt), cardio equipment had 60% of functional machines, a massive leakage in the middle of the gym, etc.
I made a monthly roll membership, did not want to renew, and I was asked to provide notice! For a month contract!?!?!
Well, I got much more to tell about this place, I would never recommend.

You buy a month membership and they do not let you cancel like straight a way.
You’ll be charged for cancel direct dept.
It’s just to money out of people.

Abysmal customer service, extremely poor communication and misleading instructions on cancellation. I was promised a free personal training session- never got one. Membership was not flexible, though advertised as such. I was still receiving emails about payment even after cancelling weeks before. Trying to communicate back and forth was taxing and aggravating as I had to keep chasing up the same issues over and over. Not worth it.
