365 Computers (365 Techies) have supplied all of our equipment, serviced and updated our computers regularly each month under their "Penny Support" Scheme, any problems are normally solved same day either collected and returned or by online connection.
Accessories are stocked or obtained within twenty four hours and charges are more than reasonable.

Really lovely experience with this company and I highly recommend them. You can tell they are honest people who know exactly what they are doing. They charge very fairly, the job was to fix my fan and it was done in less than 24hrs and my laptop now works like a dream. I had a secondary, completely separate problem which they diagnosed and sorted for free, despite it taking an hour of their time. They went above and beyond basically servicing my laptop for nothing and just going the extra mile to help me out. My laptop is super old, used and abused and most “chain/branded” places would have written it off or ripped me off, but this small independent company helped in any way they could. It’s a standard very much lost these days and so I cannot express how happy it has made me that they were so great.

I contacted 365 Computers when a glass of wine was spilt on a Dell Inspiron 7000 i7 laptop. David gave me really excellent advice on the preservation of the machine to ensure there was a complete drying out, so further damage was avoided, and then fully checked out the machine for a response problem discovered with the keyboard. This was quickly resolved by the replacement of the keyboard with a duplicate of the original from the manufacturer in just a couple of days - and all at a very reasonable charge.
I was constantly impressed by the friendly and very professional service provided by everyone but, in particular, David and Steve, both extremely knowledgeable and very helpful.
I am very happy to recommend 365 Computers without reservation.
