AVOID THIS COMPANY COMPLETELY

Absolute joke of a company, never ever in my life experienced anything like it. This company should be avoided completely.
From the very beginning I was contacted by James at 360 resourcing who said I had a great CV for an HR Administrator role. A week later he told me I was rejected for the position. I then came to find out he had made an error and he got mixed up with the Compliance Administrator role which is fine.
I then had an interview with the hiring manager from Furniture Village who had no clue how to do an interview. She didnt even ask any questions relating to my experience but then 360 have a nerve to tell me there was a stronger candidate. I feel the recruitment process has been an unfair one as the other person probably had the chance to come across stronger by being asked the right questions.
I strongly feel there has been some sort of discrimination by age and or race.
Everyone reading this review, avoid this company at all costs and avoid Furniture Village too.

Very Unprofessional Organization

Very rude unprofessional and disrespectful staff. I had some very insulting unprofessional email correspondence from Thomas Joseph who works for 360 Recruitment and forwarded these disrespectful emails to a lady at 360 as she wouldn't give me a contact name or email address of the correct person to complain to? I doubt my complaint has been looked into correctly as I'm sure they try to hide complaints from their CEO's!

Contacted by "Summer Ba" very unprofessional and rude women who first was pretending to be helpful and nice until after the interview, when I didn't accept the only offer she gave me, she told me that I have no chance to find something better and that I should stay in my work place because that was the only place that I could work for

Applied for a job through 360, had a lot of contact until waiting to hear about whether or not I had been selected. Was told I would be contacted by end of play on Friday, nothing. Emailed several times to try and confirm the situation and was clearly ignored. Two weeks later I sent a final complaint email and immediately got a response, saying they had been too busy to contact me. Highly unprofessional, do not say you will contact people and then ignore them when they ask for an update. Irritatingly I got approached by another agency regarding this position, 360 have some bad reviews lately and I'm sure employers can see this.

Totally unprofessional, they told me I had a job interview, only to say 2 days later they filled all the interview slots! Then for them to tell me it's a first come first serve job! They had no idea what they were doing and had no organisation skills, avoid at all costs!
