They have very bad drivers who do not respect customers!

Avoid this company

Taxis driver advised on collection that we are 6mile out of town, office said meter rate +£5.00. We set off. Quick check on Google says 3mile out of town, considering our journey is directly back towards town I question driver. He said I agreed to fare before setting off which is true however he lied about the distance. Meter rate £6.40 I offered £10 which pro rata more than affords the mis information provided. He wouldn't consult office and wouldn't let my young family out of vehicle until fare +£5 surcharge paid in full.
Reality is a tip for good service would more than bridge the gap in fare instead an unexpected bad end to a good evening. As a family it felt like we were being victimised for not knowing the local area .
Fortunately Google maps doesn't lie.
