Gone down hill from last year

We used this company last year and service was excellent. This year we asked for the same mini bus as going to sons wedding. unfortunatley the service was as before

I booked a taxi with this company this morning and not only did they not turn up they didn't bother answering phone calls either. I was left stranded and extremely late for an important appointment. Avoid!

I have been using this service for about 2 months now and so far I am impressed ! They have always been on time and the drivers are friendly... not like some I could mention in Braintree. It's definitely worth giving them a try.
