Awful customer service, will never use them again

!!!!! AVOID !!!!!
We will never use 3000rpm again - one of the worst customer service experiences we have ever had. Unhelpful staff, terrible communication, unacceptable timescales and ended up having to get laptop repaired elsewhere. Website also very out of date and misleading (there is no repair tracking available and in some places the opening hours and even phone number are wrong).

Scammers or something

DO NOT GO HERE. They are scammers and liars.
I had a liquid spill on my laptop whilst travelling and found their page through googling. On their website it said a spillage cleaning was £40.
When I arrived they said it would be a few hundred. Told me the page I found on the website must have been from pre pandemic. Then when I showed them you can find it from the main page they said the website was now defunct cos of liquidation. I told them their sign on the front door literally had that website on it. Weird.
Then they tried to say that an internal cleaning was different from a spillage cleaning. Right.
Anyways, whatever was going on they certainly thought I was a fool. And tried to take hundreds of pounds off of me. I went to another shop and got it cleaned there (£50) and now i'm writing this review from my fixed computer.

Unprofessional rude liars

They held my computer for nearly 2 full months when it was meant to be repaired within days and spoke to me extremely rudely and unprofessionally. I called once or twice a week to get updates as even though they promised to contact me they never did and each week they lied to me over the phone saying it was almost done and should be with me in a couple of days and like i said this lasted for nearly 2 months before someone finally said we don't even have the parts your computer has just been sitting there gathering dust. I went to collect my laptop and asked to speak to a manager or customer care just anyone higher up and was refused and after retrieving my laptop I find out that its more damaged than before and is in fact missing parts from it. Now months later I have a parcel of parts being unfortunetely delivered to the store and I go in to collect and they refused to give me my parcel saying they dont have it even though I have emails and a picture from the delivery person.

Poor, just poor

ordered a laptop, a week later I chased them and my response was a credit! they told me it was because I had ordered it abroad ( i was in Spain in my villa) for delivery when i returned a day later . They the tried to tell me my card and adress did match (lies) . Thier customer service skills are terrible and in parts rude! avoid this company, not trustworthy !
