Excellent customer service today. Very helpful staff. Great range of cards and gifts.

Sadly, I will not return to this shop. Tall lady with short blonde hair has been rude in the past, but I do believe in supporting small business. Today she was exceptionally rude and I was shocked at her stance and manor. I would recommend visiting ‘Timber’ around the corner, lovely stock and great customer service.

Poor service not very welcoming would rather spend my money elsewhere

A breath of fresh air walking into your shop in the lead up to Halloween- you had no nasty displays of scary evil witches and ghosts. It was a relief to be surrounded by Christmas cards and gifts near the entrance. It pointed to good things - Christmas a time of joy and celebration - rather than focusing on dark things. Thank you very much.

VERY rude staff. Will not be revisiting or encouraging family and friends to buy anything from this shop.
