5They had purchased an armchair and when it arrived they didn't like it so requested a return.
The lady on the phone said they would only accept it back in its original box and nothing else, so I rang the guys at 3ways to enquire about a big box.
The chairs were too big so Adam offered to send 2 lads round to professionally wrap it up for them.
I called the company back and got through to a different person and thank god I did because he was so much more helpful that the first person we spoke to. He said if the arm chair was professionally wrapped and we took photos then they would accept it without it hindering their refund.
Within 20 minutes the men were at my nans doing this for her.
Can't thank them enough. It was unnessercery stress that my grandparents did not need.
