1. Pre booked but waited over 2hours
2. Incompetent unprofessional young woman relaxed my hair. 2 late customers added before me, but manager stepped in! Stylist BURNT MY ENTIRE SCALP!! I told her several times to rinse my hair out but she insisted my hair wasn’t ready! I took myself to the sink to wash it!!!! Never have I had to hold back tears of complete agony relaxing my hair! Insensitive and lied about using a heat protectant too busy chatting away with staff not paying attention!
she needs to LEARN TO LISTEN TO THE CLIENT WHEN THEY TELL YOU SOMETHING IS SERIOUSLY WRONG!! The older stylist winter should teach the younger ones!the best hairstylists have all left! they were professional, the young ones now are not good enough don’t concentrate or take their time with your hair needs.
It’s got soo busy their standards have dropped, after many years relaxing my hair there, it’s time to quit I hope my hair will recover! Don’t go relax your hair their honestly it’s not worth it
