Excellent and outstanding professional service.
This company offers excellent customer satisfaction. Their very fast and efficient service cannot be faulted.
Employees very happy to help and answer any questions with their technical knowledge.
We had new graphics card and PSU fitted their turn round was excellent and computer returned the next day.
If you want a computer that does what you want it to then talk to 3B and you will be pleased you did.

Ordered a pc from them last year, it arrived faulty. After talking to them to try fix the issues, they told me to pack the PC back up so they could collect it, fix it and send it back.
They told me the date that their courier would come to collect the pc and how I should prepare it for collection, I did all this to the letter and had it ready for their courier and they came and collected it.
After no updates for over a month, 3B emailed to inform me that the box that contained my PC when the courier collected it had arrived at their facility, empty.
They acted like it was my problem to work out and then 'due to no evidence of tampering' (citing a label that was stuck on AFTER the contents was emptied) washed their hands of it, saying it was now between me and THEIR courier.
They had sent a faulty product, picked it up, lost it then told me to sort it out myself. I was just trying to get a new work PC but because of 3B systems I ended up £800 out of pocket with no compensation.

Excellent customer services and communications. The even took some my old components and installed them into the new PC at no extra charge. Would high recommend!

We have now purchased a second system from 3B Systems simply because they take care of their customers. Their excellent sales advice and willingness to listen and then suggest/provide a cost effective solutions to meet our requirements was very welcome and appreciated.

3B Systems approach to people is a very welcome change from the majority of computer equipment retailers who don't listen to their customers and then simply recommend what is their "flavour of the day" which might or might not meet the potential purchasers requirement because the majority want to sell boxes and put money in their tills.

had problems setting-up the new system and their support to me was second to none even though I had made a mistake but they sorted it out with a smile.

What more could I ask for?

3B Systems built my ideal Home Theater PC. They took on board what i required and built my home system to perfection.
