Great service from Nicola

Had a cut and blow dry with Nicola, who was super friendly and informative. I came out with exactly what I asked for. Already booked half head of highlights with her for next month.

Terrible service takes 5 hours to get damaged hair and chunks cut out everywhere, bleach bleeds awful don't go.

Wouldn’t recommend at all be better cutting it yourself. This is my mums hair, after she went through cancer treatment and lost her hair she was very nervous to get her hair done due to this. The first time she went it took 5 hours majority of this time sat in foils of bleach which destroyed her hair, colour wasn’t anything like she asked for and was very upset. After she got the courage to get in touch the main woman offered to rectify this for her. She went in a second time and came out like this. Chunks cut out of the hair nothing straight about it not blended at all and to top it off there are bleach bleeds all over. Now for a so called professional this is disgusting I never saw hair this bad whilst doing hairdressing at college. To clarify I am a trained hairdresser myself but didn’t do my mums hair due to her being so nervous I will now be rectifying this myself due to such poor skills used. DO NOT GO HERE unless your looking for your hair to look like this.

I was in the salon at the time the little boy was having is hair cut. He was badly behaved, he threw the hairdresser's hairdryer on to the tiled floor twice and the young hairdresser had to ask him not to do this as he would break it. He then attempted to tip her trolley over which had hairdressing equipment in and scissors which if fell out could have cut him. At no point during this time did the boys mum go and ask him to stop and sit still or at least talk to him to distract him. The owner asked the mum to speak to her son & tell him he needed to sit still and said it was unacceptable for him to be allowed to throw expensive equipment on the floor. At this point the mum started shouting and swearing at the owner , not the other way round.
