2nd City Gas & Plumbing

Matt was exceptionally efficient and friendly. I hardly knew the guys were there, as they just go on with it. My bath looks super and it was a tight fit, but they did it! Also had a new radiator and am very pleased all round. Would recommend them highly!

I had a new heating system installed by this company a couple of years ago. It had recently developed a fault. It took several weeks for the company to rectify the problem but it has finally been resolved

Unreliable… having a new kitchen fitted and our fitter only has a week to do anything. Called 2nd gas to have some changes made in our house so kitchen could be finished off and they didn’t turn up. We even called in the morning to double check everything was ok and they said yes. Next thing you know, it was a no show and we had to end up calling to see what the situation was to be told they had to cancel due to sickness. I understand these things happen but it would be nice to be informed so we could try to find someone else.

Had a rattle in pipe work, rang 2nd City who responded same day & sorted after a few tests.
Would recommend.

called 2nd city office who was very polite and eager to help as I had a boiler breakdown - engineer attended promptly diagnosed problem with a fair price. engineer was very professional and would defiantly use 2nd city again.
