Michael is exceptionally knowledgeable about how mortgage works. He is very polite, very helpful, very responsive, hard working, never complained. He is very honest no matter how difficult a discussion might seem and he gives options, solution driven, very calm and supportive and always willing to go extra mile to see a deal through, and very intelligent. It appears that all the issue we were dealing with that couple of financial advisers found impossible was the fact that they really don't know much which is a demonstration of the level of experience Michael has over many years.
