Poor company ethic. I was super pleased to begin with as they fit me in short notice when I was in a bind. I was so grateful. But a substantial amount of my furniture was damaged and the flooring of the rental property I moved into. I called and they told me to send pictures of the damage and then for over a month I tried to contact via many means, they ignored me. I then left a bad review on their Facebook and immediately got contact from them and they arranged a phone call to which they offered to refund me £250 from my move as I’m going to have to pay for the flooring at my rental. I agreed this was an acceptable offer of goodwill and send my bank details and was told it would take a couple days. I also offered to amend the review if this issue was sorted to which they did want. The FB has disappeared. I have messaged and had no response. Other people had also left similar reviews about being ignored after damage. I have a screenshot. Please avoid this company at all costs.

Absolutely fantastic! Gareth and Pete made our move fun! They arrived on time and in no time at all had it all packed in the van ready to go... professional, friendly, fast and very efficient. We will definitely be recommending them to anyone we know who want removals in the future. Thankyou guys for the experience.

It’s always nerve racking trusting a business you’ve not used before to move all of your personal belongings, but from start to finish 2Move were absolutely amazing! Even when we had some problems completing our mortgage, the boys waited around for us and made us feel so at ease. Thank you for making a very stressful day that much easier and I will 100% be using you again in the future.
