They were the cheapest one year whilst i rang around and their renewal was the cheapest again and the first time i registered with them they were super professional and methodical but i didn't like the last time i called to clarify a point in their policy that i did have a cancellation period which he became a little obstinate about asking why that mattered if i was renewing. I said cos i will renew now but will be ringing around to check i have the cheapest deal and if i find a better one i will cancel. He got quite arsy about this and wasn't speaking like a professional so i did not renew the year after for this pushy sales behaviour I found him quite rude. Apart from that one person, they were often the cheapest and mostly professional and i would recommend them, I guess his behaviour reflected they are a broker and not a call centre which is why he wasn't speaking in a respectful and professional manner but there are also advantages to dealing with brokers I guess. Defo recommend.

A company that should be avoided! I phoned them once for assistance and they went out of their way to be unhelpful. Couldn't even find my car on their system despite me quoting the registration from a confirmatory email that they had sent me. Spoke to a rude and incompetent agent and then had to ask for a supervisor but still didn't get effective service.
I cancelled the policy because of their incompetence and they refused to make any premium refund despite nine months remaining on the contract. They have no class and are rank amateurs with lots of exclusion clauses to hide behind!! BE WARNED AND DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY! Neil Glasgow
