Wrong hose fitted to Range Gas Cooker

The company fitted my DeLongi Range Gas Cooker, I was having problems with the cooking times. I got another Gas Safe Engineer out to it, turns out they used a Micro Bore Hose which restricted the gas flow it's used for small appliances. Hence it took twice as long to cook, and DOUBLE THE COST IN ENERGY. 35 Years Joint experience really, and they fit the wrong hose???

Extremely Poor Workmanship.

2 visits from Gas Safe to inspect their work, 4 defects found. Baxi returned to sort out the boiler the water pressure was to high.

They've used 10mm plastic piping, a failing water supply.

Heating engineers have inspected there work, along with Baxi and Gas Safe, extremely poor workmanship.

Poor workmanship heating engineers and plumbers, state their work is appalling

If you get a quote from this company make sure they itemise the materials and labour, they've caused me a lot of problems. Undersized radiators which they advised me to buy, they've used 10 mm piping which gives a slow supply to the radiators, heating engineers have confirmed this.
Please please any problems, get Gas Safe to inspect their work.

I had a terrible experience with this company, honesty and integrity is not in their remit.

Very poor workmanship, they would not come back to rectify my boiler and I was overcharged. For reputable traders use Trusted Traders recommended by Which.
