Worst customer service!! Called for some advise as the NHBC asked us to get 3 quotes due to a fault with our boiler flue/building being to close to next door and got through to a lady called Vicky who was the rudest person I’ve ever spoken to. She didn’t let me finish asking my question before jumping in to say I don’t know what you want....well neither do I ‘Vicky’ that’s why I was asking for ADVISE!! And even though you asked no I was not asking you to move my house. If a manager wants to listen to the call it was at 4:24 on 05/09/2018 to 0800 054 5608. I work in customer service myself and if one of my agents had of spoken to a customer like that they would be straight on an action plan or had a recorded discussion. Totally shocking behaviour and attitude
