24hr Emergency Tyres

We had a horrible experience! We had a flat tyre as we were about to leave for our holiday (from Stansted Airport), but luckily managed to arrange to meet Gary on the day we landed back in the UK at 9pm at the car park so that he could change it for us. He was happy to meet us, and confirmed the time. We were so happy to have been able to sort this in advance, and didn't have to worry about it during our holiday. However, we texted him as we left to confirm our plane was on time but once we landed back in the UK, we hadn't heard from him. As we approached the car park, there was no sign of him. We tried calling him for 15 mins, both myself and my partner and never had a response. We tried to text and again no response. He left us there having to arrange roadside assistance and wait for 4hrs before. It was a horrible experience to come back to, and extremely rude behaviour to not let us know that he couldn't make it anymore, or even apologies the day after for not showing up. I don't kn

I rang Gary to rescue my daughter who had a flat. I originally gave him the wrong postcode but he went out to repave her tyre even though it was out of his usual range because "he had promised me he would sort it out" it makes such a change to have someone go above and beyond . My daughter said he was so nice too. I would have no hesitation in recommending
