Out of their depths!
1I requested 3 strong able bodied individual because I was moving to a flat on the 3rd floor. They sent a elderly man, I would guess in his 60s, who could not lift heavy furniture; his son who was not strong or fit enough to do his and his father's share. The only man capable, ended up doing too much and got so upset with the other two that he forgot to bring the screws from a dismantled desk - I had to go back and retrieve them.
The whole removal took too long going from one part of Croydon to another and not during peak times because the wrong people were sent to do this job - and they charged me the extra time it took them.
Recommend - send fit and able removal individuals who can and actually have experience of doing the job.
