This company is a absolute joke, I ordered a car yesterday to pick up my mom and myself at 8-15 this morning for a important hospital appointment, it never turned up, I called them a few times and was told it would be with us in 5 to 7 minutes, never turned up ,I rang again to be told got nothing for 20 minutes maybe longer, still never turned up, I ended up cancelling it , SO DONT BOTHER PRE-ORDERING YOUR TAXI, I will never give these my custom ever again and will be telling people to steer clear !!!!!

City to city taxi service booked 2 days before. They said price may vary depending on the length of final journey so I was expecting not to pay until the end, but in fact they called 5 mins before pickup asking for a slightly higher than quoted fixed price payment. I paid it. But then...

a) taxi arrived 15 mins later than pre-booked time
b) driver apologised he 'doesn't normally do long distances'!
c) driver had two large water bottles in case he had problems with his engine radiator!
d) driver detoured to a garage to inflate his tyres!
e) driver also detoured to check on condition of radiator!
f) throughout the journey the driver was unreasonably slow never leaving the inside lane, clearly nervous to overtake in case his engine radiator over-heated!
g) upon arrival driver wanted to enter house to refill his water bottles so that he had water on the way back for his engine radiator!

Arrived one hour later than expected and they won't compensate for poor service.

Absolute Rubbish!!
Don't book a taxi with them if you have somewhere you need to be!
We booked a taxi for 6.30pm and, after chasing it up numerous times and being fobbed off with various excuses, we gave up at 7.30pm when it still hadn't arrived. Be warned!!

Booked a taxi via the app and paid with Apple Pay, then told by driver it was a cash payment. Rang the office to help and was shouted at by a very rude man. No help with payment problem. Now paid twice for one trip. Do not recommend!

Absolutely dreadful service. They were called on our behalf by the AA to a breakdown on the motorway. We were given a lengthy wait time which they did not meet. When I called them back I was told our driver was now helping someone closer and they’d get to us when they could. They were aware it was an emergency, in a dangerous spot, with a toddler who’d already been on the hard shoulder for 3 hours. They did next to nothing to help.
