Absolute joke of a company, had a taxi booked for 2 hours for it to not turn up. Phoned up to see where it was as it was late for them to tell us there wasn’t one available. No courtesy call before hand to say it wouldn’t be coming, just left to wait and be late to a meal.

Don’t bother. Booked a taxi at 5 o’clock for a 7:30 pick up. Confirmed on the phone with a price. 7:45, no sign of the taxi so I rang them, they said we don’t have any taxis available at this time any more. No phone call to make me aware of this, awful service. Won’t be using again

It used to be Andy Star and they was very good indeed. But when 24/7 took over there drivers are at best ignorant don't give a hoot attitude. And lazy. It seems your drivers are pushing away people through your ignorant and sloppy who cares attitude. I will never use you again.
