Stuart and colleague answered my emergency call right away and came to see the issue within an hour. The cause of the leak in the ceiling over the bathroom was located quickly and all fixed the same day. Amazing service, friendly and professional. I will always use this company and fully recommend. On 9th July this plumber replaced a water pump at my house. In September the pump stopped working. Under the terms of the manufacturer's warranty, an engineer attended and certified that not only was the pump totally unsuitable for the task, but that it had been incorrectly fitted, and that relevant ancillary work had not been carried out, with the result that the pump had seized up. I contacted the plumber, and he asked for a copy of the report, which I mailed the same day. I then sent a registered letter asking for a refund under the terms of the Consumer Rights Act, on the grounds that the work had not been carried out correctly. I allowed the plumber seven days from the time of writing to reply, but no reply was forthcoming. For this botched job and truly terrible customer service, I had paid nearly a thousand pounds.

I had a issue with a leaking tap so emailed the company...I got a response within 2 minutes and Stuart was on my doorstep within a blink. He expertly fixed the tap and ensured everything was in working order before he left. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone in the area. Great job!

Ensuite installed in our room and a electric shower replaced in the main bathroom. Good job done, fairly priced and reliable. Highly recommended will use again. Thanks Stuart
