24 Hour Master Windshield

Used this company to replace the front passenger door glass on my Passat,
Wish I had spotted the review from the gentleman with the Fiat 500, two days later the interior door handle cease to
Function, phoned them up and they said they would be round that morning to fix it, nobody came round so I phone them again they promise they will be round in the afternoon, once again nobody showed up, whole day wasted,
Repeatedly phone them but they're not interested in answering my calls, I've also emailed them without response,
Same treatment as the gentleman with the Fiat got, I noticed they don't seem to appear to belong to any trade body,
Please be aware.

skilled fitter , ontime , fast service , auto glass canceled my appointment 3 times then i called this company and they came the same day with the right window , all broken glasses has been vacuumed , thnks

i would personally recommend this company as they quoted me nearly £300 cheaper than autoglass and had my windscreen fitted the same day as autoglass told me they did not have the glass for the next two weeks .
the job was professionally done to my vehicle and the customer service was friendly.

Before you use this company please think twice!
We asked 24 Hour Master Windshield to repair the windscreen of our Fiat 500, which they did.
The windscreen repair then began to leak, which was confirmed by a Fiat authorized dealership.
We then contacted 24 Hour Master Windshield about this issue and they effected a repair, by adding extra bonding, and assured us that they would return to fix any further issues with the windscreen. The windscreen continued to leak into the foot-well of the passenger side of the vehicle and we have attempted to contact 24 Hour Master Windshield for the past week in order to get them to return to fix the problem as they promised. They failed to arrive to fix the problem on three separate occasions and have not returned any of our calls, only answering the phone when we called from a separate number to the one they have for us on file. They have now refused to fix the problem and advised us to take any action we see fit.
