It takes a lot for me to leave a review under the title 'Outstanding' but James came to the rescue on a Saturday morning within 45 minutes of my call. I run a b&b and therefore needed a repair to my fridge/freezer asap. I left a message for 4 other engineers and none of them replied so when I called James I expected the same response. However, not only did he fix the fridge - he also cleared the cobwebs behind it !! A family firm - really nice guy, prompt repair and cheaper than buying a new one. All-in-all proof that there are still some reliable tradesmen out there ! Imogen (Farnham)

Major repair company I had a contract with said they couldn't get the parts for my Samsung fridge and promptly cancelled my monthly contract. South cold engineer identified the fault immediately returned with the parts 3 days later fridge now working like new and 1 years guarantee as well 👍🏻
