As it was an emergency I called a national company first, thinking that they would be quicker, I was wrong. After two days of calling the call centre and asking if the man was coming, I finally decided to call an actual person with an actual mobile number. He is a local man and made a big effort to come and fix the window as soon as possible. Less than 24 hours after I called the window was boarded up and it cost exactly what he said it would . Fast , friendly and efficient service, I would absolutely recommend.

We needed the window in our front door replaced quickly - 24/7 Glass and Glazing were able to come at our convenience (within less than 24 hours - would have come earlier if we had wanted) - and replaced the pane and repro leading promptly. He even coped with the audience of three inquisitive children and a dog.

We called glass and glazing to fit a piece of glass to a door leading to the garage as the glass there had broken. The service we received was very quick and a nice job done on the actual door itself and at a good price. Unfortunately on closer inspection from inside the garage my partner and I discovered some broken glass on the floor and some put away in a garden stool. We thought maybe he had just forgotten those bits of glass. But then when we went outside we discovered lots of broken glass outside on the path that leads to the door in question. If it was a problem disposing of broken glass I would have preferred to have been told rather than it being a surprise discovery.
