Brilliant company, very professional

Brilliant company, used many times over the years when I have had issues with my alarm. Always answers the phone. Very knowledgeable and polite. Great to see such a professional business who takes pride in there work and customer service. There isn't many about now.

Great customer service, we had an issue with our alarm at 1am in the morning during a power cut on our street, after contacting two other companies and being quoted over £120 for an engineer to attend, we called 24/7 and they quoted half the price, attended within half an hour and repaired the alarm.
Rob was really helpful and despite not being under contract with them they were more than happy to attend.
