Awful service. Avoid. Called for taxi at 10pm for 10:30pm pick up - told all fine. Gets to 10:40 - call to check on taxi and told “there are no cars in the Fareham area at this time”. Utter time wasters. Booked an Uber, arrived in 3mins. Only one direction this company is heading in.

They are no longer trading, You ring the number and you get through to Aqua cars. After receiving very poor service today 25/07/21. I actually made the effort to visit the office in West Street. I found out that I needed to go to the Aqua cars office in Portsmouth. I was very let down with the service and wanted to complain. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!

Wasters. Booked a taxi at 8 hours notice. When 15 mins late called up, no apology just a 'should be with you in 10' utter wasters. Avoid. Plenty of other options,Only 1 star because i cant give zero.
