Terrible attitude and a very poor job ! Kept the car far too long saying the Dingbros parts were keeping him waiting. Said the car would be repaired ' no trouble at all ' but when I popped in unannounced he was just supping tea and chatting to his mates !! No work being done ! When he realized who I was, he then suddenly began work.....

Very poor customer skills and had to cope with his rampaging barking dog whilst trying to get more information out of him.

Basically, please avoid this guy ! He makes loads of promises to get you in then delays and delays to push up the price. If you question him, he just says ' it is what it is ' and ' you can't have the car until you've paid the full Invoice '

He's been Bankrupt once before too and just set up again here, making the same mistakes. Only a matter of time before he goes under again !

STAY CLEAR AND TELL YOUR FRIENDS TOO HE'S A WASTER OF THE WORST KIND

JTP now moved next door to unit 6/2 and calling themselves 24/7 Autos to disassociate themselves with their previous bankrupted business which was atrocious then and still is the same now !! Basically a one man band with no attention to doing actually what you ask them to do....just whatever he thinks !! Always blames the parts suppliers for delays but stands around doing nothing drinking coffee when you visit the garage ! No communications unless you contact him and keeps moving finish dates repeatedly. The quality of work is very, very, very poor and doesn't treat your car with any respect either ! On collecting my car, found loads of muddy skid marks on the floor from his boots and the site itself is full of pot holes and pools of water which you have to negotiate around to get out. Basically, a sub standard company with very poor skills, no customer service and no attention to detail. If I could give them a negative star review I would. AVOID AVOID AVOID....!!!!!

IF YOU WANT UR BILL TO BE DOUBLED WHEN YOU GO TO COLLECT YOUR CAR WITHOUT PRIOR WARNING, THEN THIS IS YOUR PLACE
IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR TO BE BLOCKED IN SO YOU CANNOT DRIVE IT AWAY WHEN YOU GO TO PICK IT UP EVENTUALLY, COMPLETE WITH THE MONEY IN CASH ORGINALLY QUOTED, BECAUSE YOUR GARAGE HAVE DECIDED TO CHARGE YOU DOUBLE THE QUOTED PRICE TO KEEP YOUR CAR FOR FOUR MONTHS BE WARNED IF YOU WANT TO SAY GOOD BYE TO UR CAR FOR A VERY VERY LONG TIME AND BE ROYALY RIPPED AND FOBED OF THEN THIS IS THE GARAGE FOR YOU
THIS IS A ONE MAN GARAGE WHO FIXES FIVE CAR A ONE TIME HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE..... STAY AWAY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED I BELIEVE THIS HAS HAPPENED TO OTHER PEOPLE ASWELL AS HE SAID HE ALWAYS BLOCKS IN UR CAR WHEN YOU COME TO COLLECT BECAUSE PEOPLE TRY TO LEAVE WITHOUT PAYING INTRESTING

I found JTP Autos using an online search, and now all my family use Jimmy for their car repairs. If you are looking for a mechanic with good old fashioned values then look no further. *Fantastic Service*

Jimmy fixes my L 200 on a regular basis due to the amount of off roading and work that it needs to do. The Company is an absolute asset to anyone who wants a good reliable mechanic and service.
