222222 Taxi

Supposed to take my Nurse wife to work at a certain time and when they were 10 minutes late she tried calling but was left on call. I called on my phone and suprise I got through and they told me literally 2 minutes away. Waited a further 10 minutes or more before the driver turned up.
No call to let her know just ignorance and a lame apology, totally unacceptable. Lucky it wasnt for a flight!
If you need a taxi and plan your journey, I suggest to phone someone else first.

Booked taxi 8 hours in advance. Ten minutes after the arranged booking time I called them to query why my taxi hadn't arrived. "Sorry, running late. Gonna be another 20 minutes yet." Cancelled my booking and had to drive, spoiling the evening as I couldn't have a drink. Will not be using this poor excuse of a taxi company again.

What a nightmare journey first despite booking the taxi was late.despite booking it.causing us to miss the train and connections . A two hour journey suddenly went to 5 . And multiple changes and various stations with a wheelchair instead of the one. Only thing driver said was got here as fast as I can on another job. No apology etc if you can't keep to a booking then don't take I it
