21 Taxis

Hello. Just wanted to say to you at 21 Cars Selby, once again, a very good 2 journeys courtesy of your wonderful drivers; York hospital on Friday morning last week 10th Dec. With Karl who once again was kind, courteous and put me at ease. Also a very careful driver. And today, again to York hosp, this time with a young man called is it Tab or Teb? He lives at Goole. He was lovely and kind like Karl. Both very professional. All drivers there are great but I think a shout-out for these 2 is on order. Thanks again.

Took us to the hospital with my ill son and even though the driver had finished his shift waited for us for half an hour and brought us home again. Fantastic customer service

Shocking service. Never turned up for booked time. My mother booked them to take her to Selby train station. She even called the day before to confirm booking was still there and was told yes. But no they didn't come.

Best taxi service in Selby. Telephoned this company on a a Tuesday evening to arrange a mini bus for Friday night. The booking agent was very friendly and very competent, I had 100% confidence that the taxi would turn up. On Thursday I telephoned to change the mini bus to a taxi as members of my party had dropped out. This was no problem and they thanked me for letting them know. I then had to telephone on the day the taxi was booked for to request the original mini bus instead of the taxi. Not only did a mini bus turn up at my address, he was on time and a text message with the registration number of the vehicle was sent to me to alert me that the taxi was outside my home.
