Sceptical at first.

I have been hypnotised by Rob 2.5 months ago. My reason for reaching out was desire to loose weight… I knew I was overeating. I knew I had problems with a few different types of food and Rob has personalised the hypnotherapy for me. We talked about my goals and reasons for not reaching them.
The whole experience was fascinating and strange. I could not believe that my hands and fingers were moving like I was a puppet. It was weird but it worked. I no longer crave foods that were problematic and I am loosing weight.
Next on the list is to be hypnotised and convinced I love vegetables and my partner to stop smoking.

I had hypnosis from Rob to help with my weight, eating and positivity.
He put me at total ease from the chat when I booked to the actual sitting. Rob went through all the things I'm struggling with from pepsi max and pop to cheese, sweets, chocolate and takeaway. 4 days later I've not had a pepsi which is mad as I was drinking about 2 pints a day. I now have a new mindset on what I eat and drink and so much more positive and confident in myself.
I highly recommend Rob and his hypnotherapy.
