Do not touch this company , terrible customer service, never answers phone , never replies to emails or voicemails or honours their guarantee had to pay another company to put faults right , once they have been paid you never see them again.

Initial work carried out was quick and clean. I discovered a leak in my new roof, which 1Time Roofing & Building replaced.
They will not reply to my many emails or numerous phone messages.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Aftersales does not exist.
I have a 10 Grand 'new roof' which lets the rain in, and it's getting worse.

Avoid this building company. V poor standard of work, ability to finish or abide by warranty obligations

Poor planning, customer relations and listening skills. David & Charles promised more than they delivered in their anxiety to get the job. Block roofing insulation we wanted didn’t happen (our main reason for having a new roof) & when challenged they showed their tempers. Skimpy contract written on the spot & headed Invoice/Estimate was all we got; no small print re methods of working, insurance or other information should things go wrong. Sample tiles produced only as scaffolding was going up & our choice was unavailable so we had to settle for alternative & spend thousands more to add matching garage roof. They were bad at keeping us in the loop as clients. We were badgered to pay immediately on the last working day before scaffolding came down & before we found c 20 kilos of rubbish, and errors on the roof fixed 2 weeks later. Should have held back payment until final inspection. Satellite dish was dislodged & they took 3 months to pay our engineer.
Wouldn't use them again.
