Avoid like the plague

Absolutely shocking service. Waited over an hour on a Saturday night only to have the driver (Naveed) call me twice, once to ask if I still wanted a cab and the second to ask where was going only to inform me that he wasn't taking the job as there wasn't enough money in it for him......
Strange how both Kate & Paul have both put in similar complaints about this driver. So we called all his Hires from Saturday through to Sunday and not one passenger had a complaint. If this was genuine, you would have called office to complain, which also no record off. Every second of every reservation and every call is logged and recorded on our system. Seems like a case for slander. Usually this kind of complaint is through jealously or competition.
