5The cable at the top of both doors had 'jumped' a groove, making both doors more difficult to lift. Both cables were re-set.
Both doors now open smoothly. Excellent job at a good price !.
Richard has an extensive knowledge of all types of garage doors and also gave me run down on the maintenance (all the oiling points) which will reduce the likelihood of me needing him again !. Nice to know customer service still exists.

5Richard was polite, friendly and more importantly honest by telling us what was only necessary to replace or repair unlike another company we first contacted who basically told us without properly inspecting the door that everything needs replacing at treble the price we ended up paying! Would highly recommend to anyone and will more than likely use again when we plan to replace our garage door next year.
