Been taking the standing order for 3+ years but I haven't seen them for months. Terrible service and don't bother trying to ring them because they don't answer

I was with them for a number of years with no issues, then last year they weren’t turning up to clean the windows. Like many of the customers in Huntingdon I paid monthly by standing order. I contacted them like my neighbours we got told they had had some issues but they would be refunding our monies and would be round to clean windows. Still waiting for refund and windows to be cleaned, we have tried ringing and get international ring and when answered get the same lies.

i have been with this company since they first started 20 years ago and always had a first class service , lads are always polite and well mannered .
over the years I have moved a few times to various towns and villages and they always managed to come and clean my windows.
