Job completed with minimum fuss, council inspector passed it but I would not, the edging curb to the back was outside the property boundary and looked like a dogs hind leg; The water meter was cemented over and the cover needed levering open to free it up. He does not provide any guarantee on his workmanship and getting an invoice is almost impossible, he thinks the quotation is sufficient. The account where the money has to be paid is a personal account and not business.
