Absolutely first rate service, Andy went above and beyond to make that 1 I could get back into my house late at night, and then staying up until the early hours to modify a new system for my door. Here first thing today to fit it, at least 2 and a half hours later he had sorted things, mostly because the fittings are not available anymore, but he found a way and didn’t give up. One of the nicest people with patience that certainly needs admiration. And incredibly competitive price wise. Thank you Andy, I will most definitely be recommending you to anyone that needs a locksmith

We had problems with a conservatory door that was increasingly difficult to lock. Andy, from 1st Pick Locksmith, quickly identified the problem, and discussed various options with me before we agreed on a cost effective solution. He also did a temporary repair to make the door usable in the meantime. The final repair was done a short while later and we are very happy with the result- and the very reasonable price for the work. A true professional.

Andy is amazing. I've used him twice now - first was an emergency call out after I accidentally locked myself out of the house, and second time to fit a key safe so I couldn't lock myself out again! Both times he informed me when he'd be there and was super friendly and gave good advice. Will be using him any time I need a locksmith now and can 100% recommend!

My front door was looked completely and I couldn't open it, I quickly called 1st pick locksmith who arrived on time and quickly got my door open and replaced the damaged part there and then. He is very knowledgeable and polite and very reasonably priced, I will be using them again in the future.
