My experience of Drive intensive has been extremely negative, with every stage being an uphill struggle to get what I paid for.
After booking on a 35 hour intensive driving course I proceeded to receive No instructions, no emails outside of the confirmation of the deposit and no booking of a theory or Practical test. When I contacted them asking for information and trying to figure out what was going the responses were consistently passive aggressive, patronising and unhelpful.
At the time of writing I have taken the theory test after much correspondence and am currently having to wade through an email conversation with the woman incharge of book things to get her to book the practical test.
This has been such a horrible experience. There are many places offering intensive driving courses, do yourself a favour and avoid this one.

I have gone through the transcripts of all conversations myself and you have been informed no differently to any other pupil. We have never had a complaint about the system we use. Just passed my test with Paul and what an instructor he made me feel so comfortable and let me learn at my own pace! Definitely recommend town and city for lessons and 10/10 for your instructor Paul he is a credit to your company

Stu is Amazing!!!

I booked a 30 hour intensive course and Stu was my instructor. Having never had driving lessons before, I was nervous, but the moment I got into the car with Stu he immediately made me feel calm and relaxed. He was very professional, friendly and patient from start to finish and made the long lessons enjoyable. He taught me how to drive with confidence and got me my licence!!! Stu has so much knowledge and is an amazing instructor. If I had to do it all again I would choose him every time. I feel so lucky to have had him teach me and have enjoyed my entire experience of learning! I'll be forever thankful to you Stu xx

I brought the 35 hours crash course with the company, I’m glad to say that with my driving instructors (Paul’s) great teaching techniques I managed to pass within 8 days of starting the course. Paul has been such a great driving instructor, started from basics, allowing to be comfortable in my own learning and out on the road. He’s great I definately reccomend asking for him if that’s a possibility, he makes the 5 hours fly by with you being very confident in driving.
Overall the company is very good and well structured, I definately recommend :)
