1st Hatfield Auto Centre

I had a plastic shield under my Ford Kuga come apart today and it was dragging on the road. Called my Ford dealer, but they were unable to do anything until early March. I phoned Hatfield auto centre after a quick Google search and was told I could bring the car straight in late this afternoon. I left it there expecting to have to order a new shield in, but they managed to repair and refit it in the space of about 1 1/2 hours for £15. A new shield is in excess of £100 plus fitting.

Most genuine techs I’ve ever came across. You can really trust everything they have to say without that doubt they’re trying to get money out of you like most garages now a days. I chose them over my own manufacturer which says a lot and I will be taking my car there in future. They go above and beyond for you and really make you feel like your being looked after. I don’t have that worry if something in future goes wrong with my vehicle because I know they’ll always put 100% effort in to helping me. I really recommend bringing your vehicle here.. they won’t disappoint. Thankyou again guys you have reassured me and made driving fun again. Keep it up!

I have been using these guys for five years now and have always been EXTREMELY happy with their service. They always manage to accommodate me and even if I have to wait a few days, I would rather do so, instead of going somewhere else. I trust them entirely. They are always honest and I find their prices very reasonable. I highly recommend them. First tried these gents out when my car had an unidentified 'funny rattle' I just dropped in off the street, they sorted it the same day - then I booked my MOT but on the day couldn't start the car, they went above and beyond to help me out so the car would be ready for when I needed it. Genuinely helpful, friendly, and not out to gouge you: can't recommend enough!
