thought id leave a review to thank the amazing staff who went above and beyond to help me with my pool. Great customer service, ordered at 12pm Tuesday and received it the next day! will use again.

Avoid this company !

Avoid this company they are rude and arrogant customer service ! Ordered a heater pump came didn’t work so was in my rights to return it I hadn’t even had it 3days rung to be told I wasn’t getting my money back which was over £200! Will be taking it further when I get the right legal advice !

Be aware of unexpected delivery charges

Be very careful when you place an order with this company as 2 days later you will get a phone call telling you you have to pay a delivery charge. you have to search through the website to find that there is a charge due but it does not tell you this when you place the order. I have had to pay an extra £84.00 to have my order delivered. I would have cancelled had I not already put my builder on standby.
