I was supposed to be going on holiday in a couple of days and the RAC had 'part recovered' my camper from Ipswich and left it in Brentwood.
These guys did a proper job and got the van down to Sussex for me in a few hours, (RAC couldn't do it in a few days).
Can't thank 1st Class enough for getting it back to us, really friendly, helpful and professional company and wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use them again myself (although hoping I won't actually have to).

1st class attended my motorcycle puncture today in the Waltham abbey area . They arrived alot earlier than i was advised . Lucky for me they managed to do a short term puncture fix with advice to get home slowly and replace tyre . had they not of fixed it , there recovery truck was also waiting at the breakdown site to take me and my motorcycle home . What more can i say :). Be nice to meet the lads in a more social environment .

My car was stolen after a house break in where both sets of keys where taken and with the power of Facebook found but needed recovering. I was let down by four companies refusing to collect my vehicle as it was to difficult but 1st class recovery took on the challenge keeping me updated on route to help us. On arrival the driver Stefan was fantastic and got my car onto the lorry with ease he was professional and treated my car with care. Once taking my car to its destination he keep me updated from start to finish. I rate this company as outstanding caring professional. If anyone needs help in a difficult pick up Stefan is your man nothing to much trouble can not thank this company enough.
