Took £250 upfront and didn’t show up!! Do not use!!

1I was absolutely stunned that someone can confirm that a taxi will be with you in what was a very important journey & just not show up, then not answer any phone calls when trying to contact him.
A wheelchair taxi needs to be booked in advance so it's not just a case of calling another taxi which Anthony Roe (managing director) would of known but obviously did not care.
If you want a reliable, honest and professional service do not use this company.
