I had a problem with our tow bar electrics I rang them up and they suggested I brought it to them. They spent half an hour looking into the issue and completed a repair to the wiring.
I can not praise them enough for their service which was excellent.

I had my tow bar fitted here last year and the service was great. I recently noticed a problem with the electrics and phoned up, they said to bring my car in. Saw me straight away. I hadn’t realised it but a mouse had gotten into my car boot and made a complete mess underneath the boot. The team were so kind and really professional. I was so embarrassed but they managed to sort out the problem which was noting to do with their installation of the tow bar. Thanks again for such great service.

Great service yet again from Ian, my 3rd tow bar fitted by them, bit of a hiccup with first bar supplied but was sorted overnight and lent me a vehicle to get home, would recommend highly

Fantastic customer Service, called 1st choice and spoke to Ian- requesting to remove a towbar hook ( lost keys), i attempted to remove it myself several times, but failed. I was asked to come to workshop next day..arrived at 11:00, prompt service, towbar hook removed in 15-20 mins, very efficient and friendly staff, didn’t charge me for this removal. Thank you Ian and Stuart.
