Avoid at all cost. This company takes your money and fails to deliver the product. We have waited 4 months for French doors to be fitted. We have had exuse after excuse. Sunil is no longer trading in showell road Wolverhampton. We are still trying to get our deposit back and again we are faced with excuse after excuse 3 weeks Sunil Grewall has promised to return the deposit and he hasn't.

I don’t even want to rate it 1 star it’s so disgusting the way they treat customers and their service 🤢. They are so rude to staff, such language is used. They keep making the same excuse over and over again every week. It’s so shameful, don’t ever buy from here again, needs to be shut down.

As everyone said before - avoid at all cost. Pressure selling, not refunding your money (despite cancelling everything 12hrs later), lying on the phone. Horrible experience.

We recently had cold callers and within an hour a salesman turn up to give us a quote for a conservatory roof. Four hours later we paid a £4,000 deposit for a new conservatory roof. That evening we decided to cancel and rang next day under the cooling off period. We have not received our deposit back even after numerous phone calls to the company. We have now spoken to our bank who are going to pursue the matter for us. So be warned and avoid this company.

I would seriously avoid this company if I was you. To do fascias, soffits and guttering for my house the price started at £6638, went down to £5983 if I allowed a marketing board and then to £4500 when I said we needed time to think about it. Constant pressurised selling that I managed to push back against but some people may have succumbed to this horrible way of doing business. Go look somewhere else.
